Retreat & weekend culinary services

Hosting a retreat, Airbnb weekend, or celebration getaway? We’ll pair you with a chef who can create nourishing, chef-crafted meals throughout your stay—from breakfast and brunch to multi-course dinners and snacks in between.

Includes: full meal planning, grocery coordination, on-site chef presence, and dietary accommodations.

All pricing is thoughtfully tailored and reflects the scope, complexity, and intention behind each event. Final costs may vary based on guest count, menu selection, duration, and any enhancements or concierge services selected. We’re happy to provide a detailed estimate once we understand your vision.

FAQ

  • Each experience includes a custom-designed menu, a professional chef who shops, preps, cooks, serves, and cleans, and full coordination by our concierge team. We take care of the details—you enjoy the gathering.

  • We’ll match you with a chef based on your preferences, event style, and dietary needs. You’ll receive a personalized menu proposal to review, refine, or approve before your event.

  • Just a clean kitchen with basic appliances (oven, stove, fridge) and access to water and electricity. Your chef brings everything else, including their tools and ingredients. If you’re unsure, we’ll talk through it in advance.

  • We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for intimate dinners and 4–8 weeks for retreats or multi-day experiences. Short notice? Reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Yes—our chefs can tailor menus for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and other needs. We just ask that you let us know at least one week before your event so we can plan accordingly.

  • Pricing varies depending on group size, menu complexity, and enhancements. As a guide:

    • Intimate Dinners (2–6 people): $60 - $120 per person

    • Gatherings (6–12 people): $120 – $250 per person

    • Retreats/Weekend Buyouts: Custom quote
      We build in a concierge fee for sourcing, coordination, and client support.

  • All chefs are part of the Forage Society network. To ensure quality and fairness, any future bookings with the same chef must be made through us. It allows us to protect everyone’s time, energy, and creativity.

  • We understand things happen. If you cancel:

    • More than 14 days before your event: deposit retained

    • Less than 14 days but more than 48 hours: 50% of event total owed

    • Less than 48 hours: full payment is required
      We do our best to reschedule if possible—ask us about open dates.
